EGU Accounting and Taxation

Our accounting and taxation work is performed in accordance with the Tax Agent Services Act 2009. Under the Tax Agent Services (Code of Professional Conduct) Determination 2024, we are required to make the following disclosures:

Matters that could significantly influence your decision to engage us

None applicable.

Tax Practitioners Board Register

The Tax Practitioners Board maintains a public register of registered Tax Agents and BAS Agents, which can be searched at www.tpb.gov.au/public-register.

How to make a complaint

If you have a complaint about our accounting and taxation services, please contact your accountant in the first instance by email. If the matter is not resolved within three business days, please contact Corinne Kirk directly by email.

Your complaint will be investigated by a director or staff member who is not involved in the subject matter of the dispute. You will receive written acknowledgement of your complaint, our understanding of the circumstances, and an outline of the resolution process. We aim to resolve your complaint within 14 days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may lodge a complaint with the Tax Practitioners Board using the register link above. The TPB will acknowledge receipt, review, and risk-assess your complaint. If you remain dissatisfied with how the TPB has handled the matter, the TPB website includes details of your review rights and further avenues of assistance.
